How to Workout & Cook in UNDER 20 Minutes 


It’s Daylight Savings– YAY for an extra hour of productivity!

How you spend that extra hour is up to you-
But consider this: Want to workout AND cook a meal in UNDER 20 minutes?
I got you, fit fam.


Prep:
5 min

  1. Cut eggplant into thin slices
  2. Place in a bowl
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Add Parmesan cheese (or don’t, if you’re vegan)
  5. Add spices (I use basil, sage, parsley, rosemary, thyme & oregano) & toss

Grill: 6 min

  1. Spray Pam on griddle
  2. Place eggplant slices on grill

START WORKOUT 

Workout: 
30 sec: Crunches
30 sec: Russian twists
30 sec: V-Ups
30 sec: Single-side oblique crunches
30 sec: Reverse crunches
30 sec: Horizontal ab scissors
30 sec: Vertical ab scissors
30 sec: Bicycle crunches
30 sec: Toe-touches (back on mat, legs in the air, touch toes)
1 min: Plank hold
30 sec: Mountain climbers

RETURN TO GRILL

  1. Flip
  2. Add 2 cups of spinach, chopped
  3. Add 1 tomato, diced

RETURN TO WORKOUT
-Repeat 6 minute circuit

RETURN TO GRILL 

  1. Remove eggplant from grill.
  2. Serve & Enjoy!
